The recently opened Dutch narcological blade is practicing an unusual method of dealing with alcohol addiction. The blades provide patients with everything necessary for life. And among other things, they provide free beer that is given to them every day. Moreover, the financial side of the issue was taken over by the city administration.
Probably, the fact that the clinic opened in the Netherlands already speaks for itself, since only a country with such free morals and customs could allow openly declaring about the innovation practiced in the clinic. Each patient of the narcological dispensary receives five liters of beer – ten bottles daily from doctors. However, drinking beer is accompanied by the observance of the rule – at least an hour must pass between receiving bottles of beer. The doctors of the clinic believe that this approach helps to combat drinking, facilitating communication with patients.
According to the representatives of the clinic, the constant maintenance of a certain dose of alcohol in the patient’s body, in this case, intoxicated beer, contributes to the enlightenment of consciousness, allowing doctors to work with patients without hindrance. In other words, the doctors explain, the behavior of such patients can be easily controlled.
The clinic’s specialists, however, did not hide from the curious that the city became much cleaner than when people suffering from alcoholism were not in a clinic.
